Stay away. I ordered a tow from this company and they sent me a service truck, to begin with. When the tow truck finally showed up, I later found out without the proper tools for the job, I was towed without two words from the driver as I fell asleep waiting for him. I woke to my truck being pulled down the highway. I was charged 3200 to be kidnapped. They wouldn't even bring the price to a respectable number after the fact.

I've noticed there are plenty of negative reviews here, but in reality, my experience was much different, although not perfect. It took quite a while for the young man to get to me, which was expected, but his experience level wasn't quite up to par. So he suggested we run the 50 miles back to their shop for a much better diagnosis and repair. I myself don't think I would've found the issue. But once at their shop, they were able to get right on it. It turned out it was a faulty fuse that checked good but not good enough. I was sent on my way with a very minimal bill and a smile. I was treated with respect and a good outcome. I believe these guys do a good job and I will use them again. Thank you, AMS Towing for getting me back home. Went in to get a diagnostics done and they somehow broke my access port (valued at around $700) when I went to talk to them about the issue they said it wasn’t their problem and would not do anything for me. When taking your car to get serviced you hope for the best quality and best customer service, obviously this is not the place to go. Would not recommend this shop to anyone and will never be going back. If I could leave a no star review I would.

Had our 7 axle truck go down in SLC. Coolant leak on a broken fitting at the back of the engine. Most likely caused by KW who had just recently had the transmission out of the truck. But not worth the headache of going back to KW and arguing about who broke it, and waiting 4 days to get the truck looked at. And we all know KW doesn't stock any parts, so that would have added another day or two to the downtime. So we had AMS tow the truck to their shop. Part was in stock. We were back on the road less than 24 hours later for a fraction of the cost of having KW do the repair and then arguing over whose fault it was. And almost no downtime from the time they hooked up to our truck to the time they got us rolling again. I highly recommend AMS. Whether it's a road call, heavy tow, or shop repair, they got you covered..... And Tino is awesome, too. He found ways to save us money, went back and lowered his quote, and had us all laughing on the phone too. I am really impressed with his honesty, integrity, and customer service.

I paid over $1700 for roadside/tow. The repair technician didn't seem to know much of anything. Once my truck was in their shop they would say it shouldn't be long. That went on for DAYS!! They even laughed about it. To replace the compressor took forever. I have to pay close to $4000 for that. My recommendation is to steer clear of this shop. They don't even pretend to care about the urgency of being on a load. They said that's everybody's problem.
